Credit should go to its chefs whose aim is to dish out something new. Executive Chef V.Naidu D comes out with some of his unique creations.

CHILI CRISPY CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS
Skinless, boneless chicken
breast: 1 no (200 gm)
Green chili: 5 gm
Onions: 10 gm
Bell pepper: 15 gm
Chopped garlic: 3 gm
Oil: 15 ml
Sesame seeds: 2 gm
Salt: To taste
Pepper: To taste
Ajinomoto: To taste
Tomato: 5 gm
Chili sauce: 2 gm
Flour: 10 gm
Corn flour: 15 gm
Rice flour: 5 gm
Water

Method: Cut chicken breast into long strips. Marinate with salt, pepper and Ajinomoto. Coat the mixture with batter and deep fry. Saute garlic, green chili, sesame seeds, onions and bell pepper in a pan, add tomato sauce and chilli sauce. Put fried chicken strips into the pan and toss. Serve it immediately.
