CHICKEN CORDON BLEU

INGREDIENTS
Skinless boneless chicken breast:
1 no(200 gm)
Slice cooked ham: 1 no(20 gm)
Sliced cheese: 1 no(20 gm)
Ground Black pepper: 1 gm
Salt: To taste
Flour: 2 gm
Egg: 1 no
Seasoned bread crumbs: 40 gm
Heavy cream: 15 ml
Saute vegetables
Carrot : 2 nos
Beans: 2 nos
Broccoli floret: 1 no
Cauliflower floret: 1 no
Zucchini: 2 nos
Baby corn: 1 no

Method: Cut the chicken breast into the butterfly shape. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides. Place a cheese and ham slice in the center. Fold the chicken over the filling. Mix the flour and egg in a small bowl and coat the chicken breast with bread crumbs. Heat the oil in a large deep pan and cook the chicken until it turns golden brown on all sides. Cut the chicken slightly and pour the fresh cream on the top of it. Arrange the chicken and put the sauté vegetable on it and serve immediately.
