CORN & CAPSICUM SALAD

INGREDIENTS
American corn kernels: 100 gm
Capsicum (small dice cut): 50 gm
Red capsicum: 20 gm
Chopped onions: 10 gm
Spring onions: 3 gm
Salt and pepper: To taste
Lemon juice: A few drops
Salad oil: A few drops

Method: Boil American corn and keep in the refrigerator to chill. Take salad oil in a bowl. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix well. Add chilled corn, bell peppers and chopped parsley and toss it. Now add chilled corn, bell peppers and chopped parsley. Garnish it with remaining parsley, spring onions and serve chilled.
